About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Newport, Vermont, 05855!
Job Title: PCU/MedSurg/Telemetry Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Access Client RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 5 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS (preferred) Must-Have: Ability to work independently and perform charge nurse duties Description: Two positions available for PCU/MedSurg/Telemetry nurse, night shift. Includes every other weekend rotation. Must be able to work independently and perform charge nurse duties. This position requires floating to other units if there is a need. The facility is a critical access hospital located in a small town in the Northeast. The area offers outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling. Personal transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transportation. Candidates are encouraged to embrace the opportunity to live and work in a community with a peaceful lifestyle and plenty of recreation. Support will be provided for the transition every step of the way. Agency professionals are required to attend department quarterly education sessions. Holiday coverage is required.
