Sr Payroll Analyst

Sr Payroll Analyst Process payroll for multiple groups and business lines, including routine payroll, on‑cycle, off‑cycle, commission, and bonus items. Maintain and audit master files, payroll‑related transactions, and payroll processing for accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate completion of incoming paperwork or documentation such as status changes, garnishments, or employee/field‑initiated requests. Process special or exception items including reversals, voids, deductions, and quarterly/year‑end payroll items. Review audit reports and correct all overpayments and recoveries. Oversee the process required to fund payroll‑related deductions. Test updates for payroll processing as related to assigned payrolls. Process requests for union audits and provide data to team members. Prepare logs and mail checks for large deposits to the Treasury team. Review and provide information to HRIS to update all Collective Bargaining Agreements for Union employees to avoid delays in rate changes. Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. Establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. Have a direct impact on the team’s objectives and the objectives of related teams. Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, guide team through application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures, and work to build consensus.
