Position Summary
Chief of Staff shall assist the chief of staff and president in fulfilling his or her internal
Student Government responsibilities, as the president deems appropriate. Assist
the President in preparing agendas for all meetings. Attend meetings on behalf
of the president when necessary. Keep logs of for bills, appropriations,
appointments, and other business. Perform any other duties the president deems
appropriate.


Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Preferred Qualifications


Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in at least 6 hours with a cumulative GPA of 2.0.
Must be appointed by the ASUNM President and confirmed by Senate.
