Treasury Manager

Our client is seeking a Treasury Manager to join their team full-time. This role includes ensuring compliance with credit agreements, strategizing and executing plans for debt maturities, financing acquisitions, and proactively managing the company's capital structure. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $155,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee debt covenant compliance packages.
  
  
• Assist the Treasurer with capital structure planning and execution across global subsidiaries.
  
  
• Strategically manage upcoming debt maturities.
  
  
• Create and maintain net interest expense and excess cash flow forecasts and actuals.
  
  
• Prepare monthly interest accruals and debt-related fees.
  
  
• Produce internal reports for debt activity and schedules for annual compliance.
  
  
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
  
  
• Manage one senior treasury analyst.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong financial modeling skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for developing treasury presentations.
  
  
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Critical thinking abilities.
  
  

Experience:

• BS/BA degree in finance or a related field.
  
  
• 6+ years of experience in corporate treasury.
  
  
• Experience with SOX controls and a risk management mindset.
  
  
• Experience leading capital market transactions.
