About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of FP&A to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive presentation, serving as a strategic business partner to division general managers, and leading the team in financial forecasting and OPEX modeling. This role is pivotal in the company's transition after a recent purchase by private equity, and the VP of FP&A will be expected to provide immediate leadership, stabilize the team, and drive the organizational pivot in forecasting cadence to meet new PE expectations. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience at the VP of FP&A level within a private equity-backed portfolio company, with a strong background in operational data, forecasting, modeling, and M&A support. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, and an MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have experience with private equity board reporting and be proficient in financial forecasting structures. Skills in Workday ERP, Workday Adaptive Planning, and AI tools are a plus. The VP of FP&A will be instrumental in cash, revenue, and PE reporting, and must be adept at analyzing trends, cost leverage, and hiring to build an optimized operational bridge into the budget.
