Purchasing Coordinator

Purchasing Coordinator Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Purchasing Coordinator to complete a variety of purchasing duties. Key Responsibilities include: All procurement related tasks to include creating and maintaining purchase orders. Expedite, cancel and push-out orders as directed. Drop ship orders in coordination with suppliers. Set up new vendors Request quotes, price updates, tax codes and shipping terms. Skills and Knowledge: MS Office, to include intermediate Excel skills, and similar business software applications. One to two years' experience with inventory control and receiving experience. Experience with ERP (SAP or Oracle) preferred. General knowledge of verifying and receiving supplies and components from international and domestic suppliers Knowledge of HORIBA STEC parts a plus.
