ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an account manager for Rick Buckner State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual Spanish, Able to Speak Spanish Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Compensation $17.00 - $25.00 per hour State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
