Work Hours

Friday and Saturday Evenings 5:00pm-9:15pm

Do you love giggles, open ended play, story time, and tiny high-fives? We're looking for someone fun, caring, and energetic to join our team and make a difference in the lives of the children of The Bridgewater Club!

What You'll Do:

Care for children ages 3 months to 10 years
Play, laugh, learn, and grow alongside curious little minds
Lead fun and creative activities that spark imagination
Help with snacks, diaper changes, and keeping little hands clean
Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment
Be a role model and a kind, supportive presence
Keep parents in the loop with friendly updates
Be part of a supportive, welcoming team that loves what they do!

Who You Are:

Passionate about working with kids
Responsible, patient, and nurturing
Ready to jump in and make everyday moments special
Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Ability to act as mediator between children
Patient, friendly and reliable

Requirements:

& Qualifications:

Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
Ability to create a fun and engaging environment for children
Passionate about working with children and ability to build rapport with children
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have reliable transportation.
