Accounts Payable Specialist

Hiring Immediately | $19-$23/Hour DOE | Fairhope/Montrose Area | Full-Time | Benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

1. Process high-volume invoices from receipt through payment
2. Code invoices and reconcile vendor statements
3. Process ACH, wire, and check payments
4. Prepare remote deposits
5. Assist with month-end/year-end closing
6. Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
7. Maintain accurate records and internal controls

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
2. Automotive industry experience preferred
3. QuickBooks experience required
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
5. Knowledge of GAAP and AP best practices
6. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
7. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
