In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely receiving, sorting, tracking, and reporting of incoming equipment and packages while supporting inventory and warehouse operations.Job DetailsContract-to-Hire, Full-time Opportunity!100% On-Site in Chaska to start; relocating to Chanhassen, anticipated by the end of July 2026Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.Pay: $21–$23/hour (DOE)THE RIGHT STAFF offers healthcare, vacation, and referral bonusesKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor inbound shipments by running FedEx, UPS, and other carrier reports; distribute updates as needed during daily production meetingsReceive incoming materials and coordinate movement of freight to Warehouse, Production, or Shipping departmentsCategorize receipts as project-related or company-owned and verify item quantities and part numbersPartner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate flow of high-priority hardware through internal processesResearch and resolve open order, inventory, and serial number discrepanciesAudit, document, and reconcile inventory levels using DSO and Microsoft DynamicsAssist with inventory, repair activities, and system part number maintenance as neededParticipate in annual inventory audits and other scheduled audit activitiesMinimum Requirements1–3 years of warehouse experience in receiving, inventory handling, and stockingHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be substituted for education requirementsMust maintain regular and reliable attendance as an essential function of the positionComputer proficiency, including the ability to learn and use inventory management, shipping, and business software systemsExperience operating forklifts, lifts, order pickers, or similar warehouse equipment preferredStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a changing work environmentSelf-motivated, dependable, and accountable, with strong follow-up, problem-solving, and deadline management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide quality customer service, maintain safety standards, and work effectively with a variety of personalities and situationsMust be able to read, write, and speak EnglishAPPLY NOW!Send your resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io position requires a background checkWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.THE RIGHT STAFF wants to help you succeed.
