Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients’ specific needs, utilizing both virtual tools and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and aspirations.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness strategies to effectively guide clients towards their desired outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment progress, and updates, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The clients served at Mindful Retreat encompass a wide spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals and families facing issues such as relationship challenges, mental health disorders (anxiety, depression, PTSD), and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, with a strong competency in diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse populations.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice initiatives, and ethical professional practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
