Forklift Operator - First Shift

Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Forklift Operators in McFarland! This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a cold/frozen warehouse environment and enjoy fast-paced warehouse work. Freezer gear is provided, and candidates must be able to lift 50-80 lbs.

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Work includes:

Picking and staging orders
Loading and unloading trucks
Stacking and unstacking pallets
Checking in and out inventory
Performing general warehouse duties
Moving and manually re-handling product
Assisting supervisor and plant manager with leading the team

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50-80 lbs
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to work in a cold/frozen warehouse environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Dependable and safety-conscious
