Job Summary
At Energo, we drive success through passion, collaboration, and a goal-oriented mindset. We are seeking a positive, energetic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Manager HR & AP, you will play a foundational role in supporting our HR administration, maintaining data integrity, and fostering a compliant, welcoming workplace across multiple business divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and conducting onboarding sessions.
- Assist in keeping job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state, and local laws for all positions
- Assist with employment drug tests and results in personnel files
- Assist employees to enroll in 401k and other benefits when they become eligible
- Ensure all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist management on employee benefit programs
- Assist with employee requests and concerns
- Respond to external employment verifications requests
- Ad hoc assignments
