Pfizer seeks a Senior Oncology Account Specialist to promote oncology products to healthcare providers and institutions in Virginia Beach and Wilmington. The role involves managing high-value accounts, educating healthcare professionals on product use, and driving demand while building strategic relationships with key opinion leaders.
Responsibilities
- Promote Pfizer's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists
- Educate healthcare professionals on appropriate use of Pfizer products and patient care quality
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to drive product demand
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and high-influence customers
- Assess customer needs and overcome access barriers to engage difficult-to-reach providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years experience; high school diploma with 10+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed
- Strong technical communication skills for complex product and disease information
- Proficiency with digital applications and healthcare technology platforms
- Demonstrated business acumen and track record of sales success
Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
