Position Title: Driver

Location: Carteret, NJ

Compensation:   Competitive Daily Pay Rate of $197.50 (approximately $987.50 per week based on a standard 5-day schedule).

Position Summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. This home-daily position  offers the opportunity to safely transport and deliver products to customers while providing exceptional service and representing the Everflow brand with professionalism. You will play a critical role in ensuring deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

What You'll Do

Safely operate a box truck to deliver products to customers and business locations throughout your assigned territory.

Load, secure, transport, and unload materials accurately and efficiently while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and dependable service.

Verify shipments, inspect deliveries for accuracy, and complete required delivery documentation.

Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers during every delivery.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding delivery status, route updates, and customer needs.

Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence by following company policies and safe driving practices.

What You'll Bring

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.

Experience operating a box truck, delivery vehicle, or similar commercial vehicle preferred.

Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Strong knowledge of local routes and comfort using GPS navigation and routing technology.

Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while managing daily delivery schedules.

Ability to safely load, unload, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Experience in delivery, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or customer-facing operations preferred.

Physical Requirements 

Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday. 

Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and secure materials weighing 50+ pounds. 

Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to changing weather conditions, temperatures, dust, and noise. 

Physical stamina, coordination, and balance required to safely operate commercial vehicles and perform delivery-related responsibilities.
