Shifts Available Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm Essential Duties Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard Plan and schedule maintenance repairs Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels) Perform routine maintenance around building Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 2-5 years related experience Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Effective problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Able to multi-task Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred Ability to show judgment and to work independently. High integrity and discretion required. Language Skills Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None Physical Demands Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.; Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; Ability to stoop, reach, push, pull & bend often.
