Sales Representative/Project Manager Sign Industry

Sales Representative

We are a growing sign solutions provider seeking a motivated, professional Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on selling custom signage and visual solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Prospect and develop new customers
Sell custom sign solutions, graphics, and related products
Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions
Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Coordinate with production and installation teams

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred (sign industry or related field a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage time and accounts independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base pay + commission (or commission-only option)
