Job Description

• Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment strategies to help them meet their functional goals.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work intimately with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their caregivers on therapy practices to ensure continued progress outside of the therapy environment.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify plans as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Opportunities for continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and available.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
