HVAC Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience in the construction or home service industry, preferably in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service and installation technicians.
• Answer customer calls and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain accurate job records, customer information, and service notes.
• Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office tasks.
• Communicate professionally with customers and technicians.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction, HVAC, or home service office experience preferred.
• Dispatching or appointment scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan is a major plus.
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Verifiable employment history and professional references required.
• Must be local to the San Fernando Valley and able to work in-office.
