(USA) Realty Project Coach

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to lead store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the country. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing daily interactions with store leaders, supervising hourly team members, and addressing any escalations. You will also travel frequently – up to 1,000 miles from home – and work primarily during overnight shifts (10 to 12 hours each). Shift: Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours. Travel: Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17–21 days at a time. Mileage and overnight stays are reimbursed. Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000. Key Responsibilities Influencing Others: Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables. Encourage collaboration and resolve concerns raised by store leadership, suppliers, and associates. Project Ownership: Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders while minimizing impact on store operations. Develop Associates: Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities for hourly associates. Listen, respond to ideas and concerns, assess talent, train, mentor, recognize achievements, and identify career paths. Your Resume Will Stand Out With Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and store design. Experience leading people and projects, and managing cross‑functional teams. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area or 3 years of experience in those areas. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business or related field. 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams. Project Management – Management Professional Certification. Additional Information Reliable transportation required. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance.
