Hotel Front Desk/Guest Service Representative -Part- Time

We are currently looking for a Part‑time Guest Services Representative to join our Front Desk Team at Home2 Suites by Hilton‑Orlando Near UCF, located at 3414 Technological Avenue, Orlando, FL. The hotel offers in‑suite kitchens, an outdoor saltwater pool, a fitness center with a Peloton bike, complimentary daily breakfast, and is close to the University of Central Florida and major attractions. Responsibilities Greet guests and complete check‑in/check‑out procedures via the Property Management System while collecting and storing relevant information. Handle cash, credit card information, and food‑service transactions. Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities, ensuring a welcoming environment and responding to requests promptly. Take reservations from callers, enter information into the system, and update or cancel reservations as requested. Work part‑time shifts (7 am–3 pm and 3 pm–11 pm, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays) with 14 – 20 hours per week, depending on hotel needs. Qualifications Hotel front‑desk and customer‑service experience is preferred. Experience with the Hilton brand system is preferred; training will be provided. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong computer skills (intranet, Property Management System, Word, Excel).
