Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced line cook for our restaurant in the Factory! Must have daytime open availability (7 AM to 3:30 PM) including weekends, with Sunday required.

• Rate starts at $18/hour and increases depending on qualifications and with time.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in this role
• Open daytime availability including weekends, with Sunday REQUIRED
• Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Basic knife skills
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
• Must be available weekends
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
