What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients' posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and independence
• Assist patients with tasks such as rising from chairs or climbing stairs
• Lead and guide the delivery of physical therapy services in compliance with regulations and facility policies
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and care routines

What You Need:

• Valid Missouri Physical Therapist license (unrestricted)
• Meet Missouri licensure and educational requirements
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care procedures
• Prior experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
