This role combines financial operations expertise with a customer-first approach, supporting the Customer Experience organization through accurate, empathetic, and timely resolution of financial inquiries.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include resolving customer financial account issues, processing refunds and payment disputes, researching transaction records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The specialist communicates with customers via written correspondence, escalates complex cases as needed, and collaborates with internal teams to drive timely resolutions. Additional duties include providing expert guidance on billing and customer sales tax exemption matters, maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting productivity and service-level targets.QualificationsWhile not required, the following backgrounds and experiences will set a candidate apart:Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or billing operationsBackground in payment processing, transaction reconciliation, or dispute resolutionFamiliarity with sales tax exemptions or exemption certificate managementPrior experience in order processing or order management environmentsHands-on experience with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAPAbility to navigate multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve account issuesExperience working within defined service-level agreements (SLAs) in a high-volume environmentHistory of maintaining accuracy and productivity metrics in a back office or financial operations setting FooterIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
