What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop targeted care plans, and deliver treatment that drives measurable progress.
• Treat patients across outpatient and inpatient settings, adjusting plans of care as recovery evolves.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation to a variety of patient populations.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and students.
• Collaborate with physicians, office staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain precise documentation in our EMR, creating evidence-based functional measures for every plan of care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and long-term health strategies.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to flex between outpatient and inpatient assignments as needed.
• A collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset.
