Crisis Response

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Crisis Response professional to provide immediate, trauma-informed support to individuals and families experiencing behavioral health, housing, or family crises. In this mission-driven role, you will respond to crisis calls and referrals, conduct risk and safety assessments, de-escalate situations, and develop short-term stabilization plans. You will coordinate warm handoffs to LSS behavioral health, housing, and family services, as well as community partners. Working within a compassionate, faith-informed, and inclusive culture, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain timely documentation, and participate in on-call or rotating shifts.
