Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with deep functional expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will lead business transformation initiatives, define end-to-end CRM solution architecture, and provide strategic guidance for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive leadership to design scalable, customer-centric solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Customer Insights, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations. Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis. Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs. Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
