Assistant Director of Nursing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Complete Care at Harston Hall in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. As an ADON, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our residents, while also providing leadership to our nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the DON to ensure residents' care is above excellence and safe
- Provide leadership to the nursing staff to ensure that the highest quality care is provided
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to our residents' well-being

Qualifications:
- RN License in PA
- Previous experience as ADON or Unit Manager a plus
- 1 year of RN leadership experience in LTC/SNF
- Friendly smile a must!
