Retail Associate - Inventory Hourly Rate Range: $17.50 - $22.50 Part Time Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. What You Will Do Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Support team focus and continuous improvement. Team Requirements / Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred. No inventory experience? Will be trained. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Preferred: No degree needed; returning to workforce; military experience; reliable transportation. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands for repetitive motions, frequently squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs.; travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
