The facility operates as a combined occupational medicine and urgent care clinic, providing both scheduled and walk-in services in an on-site outpatient setting. The clinic is equipped to deliver workplace health services alongside urgent care treatment across both service lines. Established clinical protocols support the efficient and quality-focused delivery of care throughout each assigned coverage period.

Portland, Oregon - known as the City of Roses - offers a range of attractions spanning outdoor landscapes, cultural institutions, and waterfront experiences along the Willamette River. Clinicians on assignment may explore destinations such as Multnomah Falls, the Columbia River Gorge, the Oregon Zoo, the Portland Art Museum, and Powell's City of Books, alongside parks and walking trails that border the river. The area also serves as a practical base for day trips to the Oregon Coast and Mt. Hood, extending the range of recreational options available throughout an assignment.

Clinicians will provide occupational medicine and urgent care services during day shifts at an on-site clinic, managing 20-25 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities consist of approximately 90% occupational medicine cases and 10% urgent care, encompassing the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and acute conditions.
