Qualifications Preferred Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems Ability to handle confidential information professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Loos Machine & Automation, LLC
