Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the business development and implementation of sales strategy in a specified region or geographical area. The RSM manages the regional sales pipeline with a focus on closing accounts with potential business of 50+ field employee placements. The RSM will partner with the assigned Regional Vice President (RVP) to execute their region's growth strategy. Location: Evansville, IN 47715 Job Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate sales, develop leads and business for assigned region
• Achieve sales goals by managing regional new business pipeline and partnering with RVP
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop business with major accounts (50+ field employee placements)
• Use team selling methodology, qualify potential new business for the territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
• Establish in depth knowledge of market and economic changes
• Build relationships with internal and external customers
• Work with sales & marketing teams to implement marketing strategies for the territory
• Communicate with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environment
• Lead and manage monthly regional pipeline calls to track results

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years previous business to business, staffing sales experience as an individual contributor
• HS Diploma/GED required, college degree is preferred
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple demands
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact face-to-face with customers during presentations and meetings.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel within the territory
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Background check eligibility
• Must be able to work in office Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
