Automotive Dealership AP Specialist

Classic Volkswagen of Gastonia and Classic Ford of Shelby is seeking a Full Time Accounts Payable Specialist in our consolidated accounting office in Gastonia. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions and previous dealership experience required. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK is a plus.

Post invoices into CDK Issue checks Prepare statements and mail out Do daily deposit from sales, parts and service. Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices. Perform basic and routine accounting functions Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assignedREQUIREMENTS
