Ramsay's Kitchen is a casually refined restaurant inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. Located in Oklahoma City's premier entertainment district, Chisholm Creek, guests enjoy a seasonal menu featuring iconic dishes like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding, as well as local favorites with a twist. The Line Cook must have: A passion for delivering Gordon Ramsay's standards of excellence and hospitality. Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. A solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality, presentation, and consistency. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment. The flexibility and discipline to manage time and tasks during high-volume service. Experience working with a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven. Key Accountabilities: Execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation. Manage all aspects of the assigned cooking station, including setup, prep, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and breakdown. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines. Communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Assist with restocking and storage of inventory items as needed.
