Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities

• Perform three-way match for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Process purchase orders and ensure correct entry into the system.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Handle invoice processing with accuracy and attention to detail.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in accounts payable and accounting principles.
• Experience with invoicing and reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of purchase order and invoice processing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with three-way and two-way match processes.

Work Environment
Join a small, dynamic team of six individuals in the accounting department. You will work closely with a controller, CFO, staff accountant, and other analysts. This role involves covering for accounts payable responsibilities, providing exposure to executive leadership within a close-knit environment. Temporary contract.

This is a Contract position based out of Haltom City, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
