Pediatric Endocrinology - Less than 27 miles to Charlotte - Live at Lake Norman

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to join the collegial team at Atrium Health Levine Children’s , working at Jeff Gordon Children’s Center on the campus of Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, North Carolina. Practice Setting The practice is primarily outpatient (approximately 75%) with inpatient consults (approximately 25%) and satellite office coverage 1–2 days per week. Periodic inpatient coverage at Levine Children’s Hospital is available for candidates who prefer the acute care setting. Opportunities include teaching through the Cabarrus Family Medicine Residency Program. Call coverage at Jeff Gordon Children’s Center is shared with other clinicians in the department. The practice is part of a collaborative multispecialty group that includes pediatric subspecialists in Developmental‑Behavioral Pediatrics, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Surgery, and Urology. Responsibilities Provide outpatient and inpatient pediatric endocrine care. Participate in satellite office coverage and occasional inpatient consults. Perform and supervise inpatient on‑call duties as needed. Engage in teaching activities through the residency program. Collaborate with allied health professionals including a diabetes educator, registered dietitian, clinical social worker, and nursing staff. Qualifications Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Pediatric Endocrinology. Strong clinical competency in pediatric endocrine management. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
