Town & Country Animal Hospital, PC, has an immediate opening for a full-time client service representative, in our busy mixed animal practice. Duties will include direct client interaction, telephone communication, appointment scheduling, medical record retrieval and filing, collecting and processing payments, performing clerical tasks, carrying out telephone and mail reminder systems, and supporting the practice manager and staff members.

This position requires a practical knowledge of the hospital’s organization and services; client and patient treatment protocols; data transcribing; and the standard procedures, records, and terminology used in the hospital.
