Digital Media Manager

As a fully remote Digital Media Manager, the candidate will manage client relationships and lead strategies for retail media, focusing on performance optimization and data-driven insights to drive business results. Key Responsibilities Serve as the advertising lead for Target PPC/search and other retail media programs, developing media plans aligned with client goals Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including keyword research, budget pacing, and performance reporting Coach and develop media analysts, providing guidance and best practices to enhance team performance Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in managing retail media sponsored ads with client-facing account management Proficiency in performance marketing and customer growth strategies Experience with retail media ad tech platforms such as Pacvue, Kapoq, or Skai Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize and interpret large data sets in Excel Confident in leading client meetings and influencing decisions through data-driven insights
