Manager, Statistics - Oncology (Hybrid)

Manager, Statistics position supporting oncology research and development at a pharmaceutical company. Provides statistical expertise for clinical trials, safety analyses, and medical affairs, working cross-functionally to advance drug development in a hybrid role based in Florham Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and report clinical trials and scientific research studies independently
- Develop statistical analysis plans and protocols with programming implementation details
- Perform statistical analyses and collaborate with programming teams on quality outputs
- Develop data presentation strategies and ensure accuracy of reports and publications
- Work with cross-functional teams to advance product development and communicate findings
Requirements
- MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with 6+ years experience, or PhD with 2+ years experience
- Pharmaceutical experience and understanding of drug development in regulated environments
- Strong technical competence in statistical computations and simulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify analytical issues and collaborate on solutions
- PhD preferred; oncology-specific and late-phase trial experience preferred
