Mustang Cat is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental Coordinator to join our team in Northwest Houston. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating equipment rentals from initial inquiry through billing while ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting efficient branch operations. What You’ll Do as a Rental Coordinator: As a Rental Coordinator, you will manage the day‑to‑day rental process, ensuring customers receive the right equipment, on time and with outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers by phone, email, and in person to identify equipment solutions that meet their rental needs Prepare quotes, process rental agreements, and coordinate rental transactions from start to finish Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely fulfillment of rental orders Schedule and dispatch transportation for equipment deliveries, transfers, and returns Utilize internal systems and resources to verify equipment availability and coordinate rentals efficiently Monitor rental contracts, billing, and documentation for accuracy and completeness Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, professional service Work closely with operations, service, and other branch personnel to maximize equipment utilization and customer satisfaction Why Join Mustang Cat?
