Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual

Overview An industrial technology manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support procurement, inventory management, international logistics, and supply chain operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working in a hands‑on environment and coordinating with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and teams in both the U.S. and Japan. Responsibilities Source industrial parts and obtain vendor quotations Manage purchase orders, sales orders, and customer quotations Coordinate domestic and international shipments Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts Prepare shipping and customs documentation Work closely with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams Support invoicing, order tracking, and operational reporting Communicate regularly with colleagues and partners in Japan Requirements Experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Knowledge of accounting or finance is a plus Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required Ability to lift packages and perform occasional warehouse‑related tasks Newly Grad is welcome ($65K - ). #J-18808-Ljbffr PACIFC ADVISORY SERVICE
