Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities A full‑cycle recruiting position responsible for sourcing accounting, finance and various business advisory professionals for strategic hires and just‑in‑time hiring to meet the needs of our growing practice. Key duties include: Collaborating with Hiring Partner(s) and Manager(s) to understand service area and recruiting needs. Creating a comprehensive networking and sourcing plan. Conducting behavioral‑based and technical interviews. Facilitating the assessment and selection process with the identified interview teams. Presenting offers and completing the recruiting cycle by ensuring a successful onboarding experience. The key to success is building and maintaining relationships within the business areas you support, with candidates and team, while demonstrating strong networking, sourcing and recruiting skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field. Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience; experience recruiting for professional services firms is most ideal. PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in sourcing, pipelining and networking. Working knowledge of EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices. Exempt position; may exceed a standard 40‑hour work week. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Bilingual candidates in Japanese/English or Chinese/English are preferred. Compensation The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $85,000.00 – $118,000.00. Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
