We're seeking a contract Physical Therapist ready to make an impact in a school environment. This opportunity near Elgin, IL, is part-time—just two days and 14 hours each week—perfect for professionals aiming to balance work with other pursuits. The position is slated to begin as soon as possible and runs through June 9, 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license required
• Prior experience in school-based PT services preferred
• Comfortable working with K-12th grade students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between two school buildings
• Commitment to professional standards and student welfare

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions to students, adapting activities to meet individual needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapeutic staff
• Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
• Advise staff on safe movement techniques and accessibility within the school environment
