Bilingual Safety Manager

Job Description Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to add a BILINGUAL SAFETY MANAGER to join a roofing company in Phoenix. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities Develop and implement safety policies and procedures Conduct regular safety inspections and audits Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes Provide safety training to employees on various topics including first aid and CPR Maintain records of safety training and incidents Collaborate with management to address safety concerns Stay up-to-date on EHS regulations and best practices Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required Requirements Proven experience in a safety management role Knowledge of workers compensation law and regulations Must be bilingual Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing Certification in First Aid, CPR, or related areas is a plus OSHA 30 or OSHA 510 preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
