Architectural Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator with a minimum of five years of post-graduate experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit, with experience in family creation, manipulation, and customization. Candidates should also have some level of construction drawing experience. A portfolio with at least three examples of files where the candidate created or manipulated a family is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD is considered a bonus. Responsibilities Effectively communicate and convey information to clients, ensuring accurate documentation of actions for the team. Manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Coordinate projects including ground-up and remodels, with clients such as FirstWatch, Panera, and Tesla. Complete a Revit test focused on family creation and manipulation before an offer is made. Essential Skills Proficiency in Revit with experience in family creation, manipulation, and customization. Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple projects. Experience in project coordination and construction document management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with AutoCAD. Experience in retail and restaurant design is a plus. Field survey experience is advantageous. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Tilt-up experience is a plus. Work Environment The position is ideally located near the St. Louis market, though this is not a strict requirement. The role involves working on a combination of ground-up and remodel projects. Candidates are expected to present themselves in a professional manner when interacting with clients. The work environment encourages effective communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
