Position Title: Area Director / Outside Sales Representative
Location: Hendersonville to Clarksville Territory
Company: Right at Home Nashville
Role Overview Drive business growth and expand our non-medical home care footprint across the Hendersonville-Clarksville region. Build and nurture vital community relationships to connect families with compassionate, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
· Relationship Management: Cultivate ongoing referral pipelines with local physicians, hospital discharge planners senior living facilities, Home Health/Hospice etc.
· Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities while meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
· Client Engagement: Lead professional sales presentations for potential clients and their families, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
· Strategic Marketing: Execute community-focused outreach and implement creative sales strategies to boost brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements
· Demonstrated background in sales, with healthcare or medical industry experience preferred.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to operate autonomously with strong time-management habits.
· Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for regional travel.
