The Opportunity

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to identify roofing needs, explain available solutions, develop opportunities, and help customers through the sales process from initial inspection through project completion.

This is a performance-driven sales opportunity with an aggressive compensation structure and significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new roofing sales opportunities
• Meet with homeowners and establish strong customer relationships
• Conduct or assist with roof inspections and identify potential issues
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and recommended solutions
• Present proposals and explain project scope and pricing
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage your sales pipeline
• Close roofing projects and maintain accurate customer information
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance professionals, and company team members
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Represent MCB Roofing & Construction in a professional manner

Compensation

MCB Roofing & Construction offers an aggressive, performance-based compensation structure designed to reward successful sales representatives.

• Signing Bonus: $1,000 upon signing your first qualifying job
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
