This isn't a one-call-close roofing pitch . It's a design-build sale that takes real construction knowledge to earn.

You'll own the full process — design, estimate, and sell custom decks, porches, pergolas, and outdoor living spaces for homeowners investing six figures in their backyard. You need to know construction well enough to speak with real authority , price it accurately, and hold your own in a technical conversation on-site — not just hand off to someone else who does.

You'll walk into warm, company-generated leads backed by a two-decade reputation, Trex/TimberTech Platinum Contractor status, and our position as North Metro Atlanta's exclusive Equinox louvered roof dealer. The brand opens the door. Your construction knowledge and design eye close it.

Compensation:

$150,000+

Responsibilities:

• Run on-site consultations, design solutions, and produce accurate estimates yourself — you own scope, materials, and pricing

• Speak fluently on deck, porch, and patio construction methods, materials, and code so clients trust your expertise on site

• Own the full sales cycle: consultation to signed contract to handoff

• Maintain disciplined CRM follow-up and hit KPIs

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Real hands-on knowledge of deck, porch, and patio construction — not just sales scripts. You can talk footings, framing, and drainage as easily as you talk price

• Proven sales experience in residential design-build, remodeling, or construction — you design, estimate, and sell, all yourself

• A process-oriented closer who builds genuine rapport, not a pressure-closer

• Track record hitting sales targets on large-ticket projects
