Prepare and issue invoices, memos, and monthly statements

Maintain accurate customer files and billing records

Compile and record billing information and transactions

Research and resolve discrepancies between shipping and billing records

Provide professional customer service

Use billing software, computers, and office equipment

What We're Looking For

1+ year of billing experience preferred

High school diploma or college education preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail and basic math/financial skills

Computer and billing software experience a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform repetitive office tasks
