We're looking for a friendly, confident Reservationist to help guests book unforgettable ocean experiences.
What You'll Do
- Help guests book tours by phone, email, and in person
- Stay calm and friendly with guests who may be rushed, confused, or stressed
- Use a computer while talking on the phone (basic multitasking)
- Know our tours, prices, discounts, and policies so you can answer questions accurately
- Explain important details like check-in times and cancellation policies
- Solve guest questions/concerns or know when to loop in a supervisor
- Assist with retail greeting guests, answering questions, suggesting items, and keeping the shop stocked and tidy
